She noticed that cupcakes were unhealthy, expensive, and not eggless. Looking for a better solution, she tried experimenting with different kinds of ingredients and recipe styles, eventually fine tuning the balance betweeen being incredibly nutritious, organic, healthy, and being delectable. The same year, she launched zoet in a residential community with over 600 returning customers every month. Judging by the incredible response and the idea of potentially reaching more people, she decided to share her creations with the rest of Bangalore.
